Human resources has a strategic position in the Group. It manages all the administrative aspects (contracts, salaries, etc) and covers different missions : to develop skills, recruit the talents fitting to our development, promote learning, caring good working conditions.

The HR department connects staff and union representatives through the CSEs. Human resources include the professions of HR manager or HR mission manager.

I joined the Group in 2003 as HR Manager.

My missions lead to set up HR procedures and establish the Group’s salary budgets. I supervise the correct salaries calculation, the social charges, commissions, and their payment on time. I participate to the recruiting process, reception and implementation of contracts for new employees. Member of the Management Committee, I manage the internal communication, the presentation of dashboards and also internal rules compliance.

I especially like the daily social relations with the members of my Group!
