The principal mission consists in getting the best performance from suppliers, regarding quality, costs, delivery time and services. Our different purchasing departements have to increase the financial results, drive the relations with the suppliers and prevent the company from stock outs.

In our group some purchasers and purchasing managers are working in this department.

Florence BENOIST

Purchaser in FOURNIAL subsidiary since 2017, my main role is to buy the best price and quality products. To complete my mission, I work in collaboration with many French and international suppliers who meet the Group’s expectations. I organise our annual agreements with them, negotiate prices and I’m the mediator in case of the trade disputes. Another mission: sourcing, which involves professional trade fairs in France and abroad. I travel to meet our suppliers, that helps me to better understand all the expectations. Internally, I work with many collaborators, such as the Marketing department and the Supply department. Those evaluate the needs to make purchasing orders to our suppliers.

I like the relationship that I have developed with my suppliers since my arrival and with whom I try to create a real partnership.
